In addition to 7 days of full backups with instant restore, we also create extra backups of all databases, encrypt them and store them in secure cloud storage for 30 days.

Our support team are are highly skilled developers. We only host WordPress sites, so you can be sure we’re laser-focussed and up-to-date on all the latest developments.

Remote SMTP

We use the superb MailGun SMTP service to route out-going email from your WordPress sites, reducing server resource usage and improving reliability.

No Email Hosting or DNS

We don’t host email and we don’t run local DNS on our web servers either. If it doesn’t make WordPress run fast and secure… we don’t use it.

Low Site Count Per Server

We limit the number of WordPress installs per server to 100 or less. Many other hosts will cram hundreds, or even thousands of sites onto a server!

Notes

Annual payment discount of 5% applies to WP Site 1 only. Billed at $399 per year (equivilent to $33.25 per month).
WP Site 2 and higher plans are $30 per site, per month, regardless of payment period.
Each customer qualifies for free site migrations, equal to the number of sites supported by their plan. Additional migrations are $85. Conditions apply.
Managed installation of security updates (when available) for WordPress core, plugins and themes provided by the Plesk WordPress Toolkit, using vulnerability data from PatchStack and WordFence.
Cloning to create a staging site requires that your plan has sufficient storage space available.
“Free SSL” certificates are provided by Let’s Encrypt and use of them is subject to their terms and conditions. You can also use certificates from other sources.
