FTP is used to connect to a server to upload and download files. This is the preferred method for us to migrate your website.

Should WP NET be unable to complete the migration in reasonable time, due to incorrect information being provided by the customer, technical issues on the third-party host or other conditions beyond the control of WP NET, this service may (at WP NET's discretion) incur fees, payable by the customer. In these cases, WP NET will contact the customer and provide a cost estimate to complete the migration.

This service is provided with no warranty, implied or otherwise. WP NET is not responsible for any website down-time, data loss or other negative impact that may occur as a result of performing a website migration.

All information provided via this web form will be treated with the strictest confidence and will be transmitted and stored as securely as possible. This information will not be shared with any third-party, nor stored on any information system that is not under direct and exclusive control of WP NET.
